How do I place an order?
Siu works on an inquiry basis. Send us your market and the models you have in mind via the inquiry form or at admin@jadedrop.co, and we will reply within two business days.
Do you sell to individuals?
We currently supply distributors and brand partners, and do not sell direct to individuals online. If you represent a retail channel, we would love to hear from you.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by model and program; the made-to-order Summit 8 has its own minimum. Tell us your expected volumes and we will confirm the details.
What is the folding memory patch?
A patch heat-pressed into the canopy that holds the geometry of every fold — close the umbrella, give it one shake, and the fabric settles back into order. It is the constant across the entire Siu range.
Can Siu umbrellas be used in the sun?
Models with vinyl-coated canopies — such as Halcyon Clip Sun, Quattro Compact and Reverse Wood — block UV and work rain or shine. Pongee-canopy models are designed for rain.
How are the umbrellas packed?
Each umbrella ships in a matching fabric sleeve with an OPP bag. Reverse Grand 27 includes a plush zip sleeve.
Do you offer customization?
Yes — made-to-order programs are available for brand partners. Share your requirements through the inquiry form and we will discuss what is possible.
